If we want the world to change in a significant way we first have to look at our own evolution and consciousness. In the same manner, if we want to experience that deep seated sense of balance and wellbeing throughout our mind, body, heart and soul, we must also look at our capacity to develop and grow in a spiritually integrated sense. Such a look at the Self will embark one upon their path to Expanded Consciousness and an Integrated Life Purpose.

Through the use of Hypnotherapy anyone, be it with a minor intrigue or an intense and passionate interest, can profoundly rediscover the purpose with which they came into this life. Such a discovery can transform ones life from a place of blocked, stagnation to one of vitality and shine in an average of three sessions. More sessions are often required at a later date as we unfold the eternal layers of growth along our path in life. This is an area of exploration open to all seeking transformation, change and continuing growth at a deep spiritual level.

Working at this level we permanently transform our sense of Self so that we transcend our negative behaviours and attitudes to the benefit of not only ourselves, but those around us… and the Universe in general... all the while growing and evolving our true nature.

My name is Carmel Cathie, and I practice Analytical Hypnotherapy and Spiritual Integration. A project I am no working on, that is evolving as we speak, is aimed at Evolving Mind, Body, Heart and Soul and has been called LifeFormula.

I approach my work as an Analytical Hypnotherapist and Spiritual Teacher with an Evolutionary Perspective to Consciousness, Growth and Development for the Greater Good of All.

I work with a holistic outlook that takes into consideration all aspects of Mind, Body, Heart and Soul. My goal is to help people bridge the gap between these areas of life so that one experiences, not only the peaceful comfort of inner congruency, but also the sense of Wholeness and Completeness that comes from fulfilling ones Soul Intention towards the Evolution of Enlightenment.

Quality of life is enhanced, not only by being healthy and having healthy attitudes and emotions, but also by having a healthy sense of who we are and what we came here to DO.

My approach is unique in that it combines Analytical Hypnosis with a deep understanding of Spiritual Growth and Development that hands the responsibility, along with the tools for growth and balance, back to the individual to accomplish for themselves. In this way my clients find a stronger desire to live their Inner Truth through their own Inner Wisdom to the benefit of health, wealth, happiness and peace. The bigger picture is a positive effect to all.

Evolution and Growth for a Healthy balance on Earth and the Universe in general.

What qualities / skills do you want to share?

Information, Education, Perspectives, Tools and Insight along with the sense of an urgent Obligation to Evolve and grow personally for the greater good of the whole through this process.

To you, what are the most important issues we face as a species?

The ability to become conscious of what we are putting into our refridgerators. Take a look in your own right now.... are you supporting a healthy body and a sustainable lifestyle for yourself and the planet with live food that isn't processed and packaged in ridiuclous amounts of plastic??? If not, do something about it right NOW. Watch the Home Project on YouTube for a start. Then get copies of Sweet Suicide, Food Matters, Simply Raw, Healing Cancer from Inside Out and Crazy Sexy Cancer. All these DVD's are designed to raise consciousness, not only for our own health and balance, but for the health and balance of our planet - that we as that Human Species are destroying.

What you put in your body directly effects the rest of the planet. WE ARE ALL ONE!!! Its time we understood what that means for our longevity! Currently we are behaving the same as a cancerous growth in the body... but we are slowly but surely killing our planet with our unconscious growth and materialistic consumerism.

Its time to wake up.
